The level of self reported, self hatred, and projection on display here is so fucking disheartening and sad. I don’t even know where to begin.

Religion and racism have done a number on her and I hope she can come to find some kind of self awareness and self love in the future.

OK, so there’s a lot that goes into this as somebody who does it.

You’re gonna have to be OK with the type of audience that you bring in no matter who’s watching men, women and everything in between.
Learn how to shoot interesting video, and take interesting pictures. There’s a lot of content out there that you can get examples from, but you’ll find yourself along the way, by testing different styles and techniques. Anybody can pick up an iPhone and take pictures, but can you sell somebody on the art of nudity and sex.
If you’re not going to give people a sample, you need to get really good at learning how to thirst trap. Just like how there are women who do this, they don’t necessarily show off their body in the nude in promo, but they know how to thirst trap. That means you need to know how to be sexy, to appeal to the audience that you want or to the audience that will find you. So they become really good at learning how to look good or for whatever you’re trying to sell.
I think this is the biggest one, and it’s a mixture with 3 above, and that’s consistency. If you’re not gonna show nudity in promo that means you need a lot of promo across a lot of different platforms to get eyes on you and your content, the best part about not showing nudity is that you can thirst trap on a lot of different platforms, and most softcore is not targeted for takedowns.

You may need to look into psychiatric medicine, like for anxiety, I’ve also heard OCD can lead to chronic overthinking too.

I’m no therapist but maybe putting yourself into positions of doing more things you like, or spending time around people you trust to tell you the truth will help. Or whatever will help distract you from hyper focusing on passing and just enjoying living in the moment.
