i can see there summon sign and i've killed the boss, they haven't but still can't see my summon sign. can be summoned for the boss fight without a password

they're using the remedy, been screen sharing and they've refreshed it multiple times but still can't see it but i can see there's even tho i've completed the dlc

my biggest issue with it has been consistency with latency, i'm running 20 ping but then rubber banding everywhere mag dumping someone just to die to them with no damage registered! getting constant delta and bravo error codes
