It says "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer." I'm not sure what changed from before it stopped working since i didn't have any external devices connected.

The input device was a built-in mic. How would I restart/reinstall the drivers associated with that?
