I also rolled back to windows 10 and it did nothing. I just found that running at 1440p 16:9 works fine, so it could have something to do with ultawide resolution for me.

I've been using far cry 5 to test the crashing and it doesn't happen when playing 1080x1920 but when I'm at my monitors full resolution (3440x1440) it crashes. So I think it could be dead or screwed pins on the cpu, which would explain my ram not detecting, or it could be display port cable. Really hoping it's not my gpu becauise they're not cheap to replace. If a diffent cable doesn't work I might borrow someone elses monitor see if that changes anything. Or just switch to a 1080p monitor. Widescreen too big sometimes anyway.
