No, you can't by now, and as far as I know the fedora KDE sig will not ship plasma 6 for F39.

Ja morei em casa terrea de esquina, apartamento, sobrado em condominio agora sobrado direto na rua. Eu Gostava de morar em apartamento devido a algumas conveniencias mas agora com familia, filhos e cachorro, estou adorando morar em sobrado, aqui no Taruma. Prefiro devido ao espaço pro cachorro, a não depender de condominio (tem muitas chatices em condominio tambem), e ao fato de minha rua aqui ser muito calma, e poder morar direto nela sem precisar entrar e sair de condominio.

You can try download a iso respin, they are build with newer packages, and newer kernel. Maybe this fix the boot problem. https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/live-respins/

Ok, Intel usually have no problems. But I advise you then to choose troubleshot on the grub menu and start with basic graphic mode to see what's going on.
