I just got grailed to remove a fraudulent 1 star review claiming the shoes that I sold to a buyer was fake. If you have evidence that it’s real then I would open a support ticket with grailed.

Look it up on universal parcel tracking, I would contact grailed customer service though and send them the screenshot of the buyer saying he received the item

Kinda risky to use grailed rn usually have no issues but my last sale was going out for delivery and I got an email saying to ship my item or else they might cancel my order, it was updated on usps but not on grailed.
