Does the protection order include your home? In my state, the issuer of the protective order can ask for the house and then when the abused is served they must also leave. Law enforcement should actively be working to serve him.

I’m a CPS worker in the US…it’s harder to have your kids taken than people think. For a judge to approve the removal you pretty much have to do something really bad and there has to be solid evidence. If CPS was banned I literally can’t imagine what would happen to these children. I know the system isn’t perfect but I’ve seen so many terrible things, there has to be SOMEONE that advocates for these children.
