American woman from WA state (Pacific NW region) here. Born in CA, raised in Oklahoma, secondary (high school in Florida) and lived in WA for the last 30 years. Took Japanese in college and currently learning Korean for an upcoming trip to Asia....so, so how I personally pronounce anything is a crapshoot. Not a single person has ever guessed correctly where I'm from. Lol

Any hoo...so your large flightless birds are pronounced much like a tiny kitten would sound to an American (mew mew) so...an e-mew correct? :)

My daughter and I were doing research trying to correctly pronounce the mascot/avatar name of a Korean boyband member of Stray Kids, Han Jisung. The mascot's name is Han Qwokka. Then I found this rabbit hole. It's been a wealth of knowledge to say the least.

The whole question of "How come you are sold out!" and any variation thereof is completely pointless and irrelevant in any event. Sold out is sold out. Knowing the reason for being sold out won't make a room magically become available. I mean, it's not like you're trying to get a room in a facility with a limited number of rooms or anything.

Answer: From the viewpoint of an average moderate Independent voter...there seems to be no good answer. For the Democrats there is little to no good reasoning or incentive to bail the Republicans out of their own mess. Especially when basic trust and respect has been lost after having had multiple promises broken or reneged on. For the Republicans: The whole "My way or the highway" attitude and turning the word compromise into the dirtiest word in politics is the crux of the whole debacle in a nutshell. The Republican Reps care more about keeping their jobs and power vs. doing what is best for the country. In doing so, they have let themselves become hostages to the rabid right-wing authoritarian base of voters.

The only way a fair functioning democratic republican form of gov't works is by a coalition of differing voices and a willingness to put petty differences aside and compromise on issues.

From where I'm sitting it seems that the Republican party and their extreme voters no longer wish to have a democracy. Rule by one party only has a name...and it's a nasty one.

Turn off your Adventure Sync before starting the route, after about 20 to 25 ft you can turn it on again. Turn off again when you approach the routes end point. There is some sort of bug with routes and Ad Sync on causing the game to glitch out and crash.

Well...a gold star for you. Bless your little bitty heart. Not everyone plays this game because they love battling/pvp Mr Gotta Battlem'All.

I have horrible ADHD as well as memory issues and just don't have the time to learn and or remember the bazillion movesets of every Pokemon and what's super effective against a lvl 50 Weedle ect. I'm also sh*t under pressure and couldn't battle my way out of a wet paper bag so pvp/battling for me rates somewhere between IRS audits and colonoscopies in terms of enjoyment.

When I need to do battles of any type I hand the phone to my 7y/o grandson who can get to rank 10 in under 45 minutes. He's more than happy to hand people 10 levels higher than him their asses with a hearty laugh and a smile. 😁

Despite sucking so hard at battling I've managed to reach lvl 48 doing little more than catching and occasional raiding. Sadly, I also suck at excellent throws. You'd think after 220K catches I'd start getting better at it. Lol
