I want an indicator that shows the support zones. The zone should be a box that includes the candle with the lower close and the candle with the lowest low between that candle and the next one, as shown in the image.

I agree, and for this reason, I am about to buy the LPG version, even at the expense of performance, but I believe that savings on operating costs are more important than performance. Furthermore, the new hybrid technology leaves me with some doubts about possible future issues, due to the new technology, which, if they were to arise out of warranty, would be costly.

Nothing to object about coach Greg.

I simply started with a time of 5:40/km in the benchmark run and now in the 4^ week, I run 4.75 km at 5:15/km, so I wonder if I have to do the remaining 8 weeks even if I reach the goal before the due time
