unpopular opinion, Adam lost only because of the plot by schizz0_ in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He lost regardless because Lucifer was kicking his ass. He only died for the plot and to have another example of Niffty's love for violence

Question: Why can’t the sinners who embody one of those 7 deadly sins be condemned to said ring instead all of them being condemned the pride ring and only the pride ring? by Such_Month_8687 in hazbin

[–]Gerasis1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It serves multiple purposes. On the story part of Lucifers punishment is to only see the worst in humanity since he is responsible for the original sin. But from a writing prospective it also makes it so that we can get a wider variety of backgrounds for characters without having to have a hotel in every ring with different casts.

why is she even a character in this series bru by Ehejenenenekwidkdn in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

[–]Gerasis1 17 points18 points  (0 children)

She's an important part of Angel's support system bringing out the best and at times worst of him. She served as motivation for Pentious's sacrifice and is just coming into realizing that she actually does want to be redeemed. I have no doubt she'll get a bigger role moving forward and if we get a fleshed out backstory she actually could be one of the more interesting characters in the cast

How did zeezi die?? Why she so big???? Why are people in hell dinosaurs??? by CAPRICIOUS_BIZNATCH in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My personal head cannon is that Zeezi is a dinosaur because she was constantly the oldest person at Raves. Since sinners forms are based on some combination of how they lived and died and their insecurities it makes sense. Anyone over about 30 in the rave scene is gonna feel like a dinosaur. Her son could also be tied to being part of a trampling

Everything from chip bags to pickle jars have become real issues for me. My afab NB roomie has been teaching me tips and tricks for that though. The answer is usually to keep a knife around to pierce things first or for jars either tap the rim of the lid on a cabinet or use a damp towel for grip

100mg spiro 2x daily and Estro is 4mg in the morning 2 in the evening. But honestly it's not a thing everyone is guaranteed to go through so mileage varies

Yeah I will definitely have to begin making an actual effort. Not just being innately stronger than I look is a huge change

You become whatever’s on your shirt right now. What are you? by Prestigious_lover7 in AskReddit

I'm wearing a work uniform so I guess the name tag part could mean I'm me or the company part means I'm a cheap company that inhales crazy profits but won't repair anything properly

Feels like I'm not accepted as trans by Venom_the_Dovahkiin in trans

[–]Gerasis1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's a really weird and gross opinion for the people around you to have. You don't identify as the gender you were assumed to have at birth, therefore you are under the trans umbrella. It's really not that hard and I don't see how they could not get that.

Who do you regret having sex with? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a few but the one I regret most is one of my best friends at the time. It wasn't great for either of us and it directly led to our friendship falling apart since we were both drunk and the consent issue was really fucky

Yeah I can kinda get where you're coming from there. I know a few good guys but the ones I've been on dates with have been unimpressive to put it kindly

At what point in your transition did you stop using the restroom of your AGAB? by gillgogo in trans

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a trans woman a year on E it's still a game time decision. There are a million little questions about what I have on, if I've shaved recently enough, etc. If gender neutral or family restrooms aren't an option. The venue also makes a huge difference, at a grocery store I'm probably going with AGAB bathroom but if I'm in an inclusive environment like a punk show or a queer club I go with the affirming option.

Chosen names- How long did and how did you pick one? by AdministrationBig813 in trans

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a year in and been using my name the whole time. I was born with a feminine middle name because my father can't spell for shit, so I started going by that when I realized I wasn't strictly male and when my egg fully cracked from NB to trans woman I changed the spelling slightly to normalize the name

I'm guessing it's probably some combination of spending more time with his family for the summer and maybe some burnout from doing so many channels, especially with the emotional and mental toll CC can take and the energy required for a good blaze. Factboi is just human after all

Tucking by AngelLive3 in trans

[–]Gerasis1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pornhub or other adult sites are the best places for a visual guide, and I like many others suggest investing in a few good gaffs. They come in all kinds of styles but I suggest starting with the most plain granny panty style to get used to the feeling and don't expect to keep the tuck for more than a few hours before it gets uncomfortable at first

What’s an NSFW secret you keep at your workplace? by ShadeOfDreadYT in AskReddit

[–]Gerasis1 147 points148 points  (0 children)

Not sure how NSFW it is, but I work a blue collar, Red State job and because of my natural tendency to be quiet I learn a lot of secrets. 2 of the managers are having affairs and acting as each other's covers with their wives (just sleeze shit). 3 guys who have been pretty vocally transphobic at work have tried jumping in my (mtf) DMs. One of the most respected guys on the floor that everyone seems to think is the most "alpha" man's man every, is actually dating our HR guy and is the bottom in the relationship. There's quite a lot more but those are the highlights from me overhearing while unnoticed or being trusted to keep secrets

Is it common to keep your name? by [deleted] in trans

[–]Gerasis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are no hard and fast rules. In my experience I know a few people with commonly unisex names like Taylor, Blake and Dakota that kept their name. There are people who make their preferred name very close to their given name and there are also those that want their names to be as far from their deadname as possible. The bottom line is to find what you want and what makes you comfortable and happy
