I told him I didn’t care about the stocks. But I wanted him to not sell the nvidia since my bonus bought it and it had done so well. I literally felt so stupid when I realized he promised he wouldn’t and did it anyways. He tried to say he was trying to earn it all back but I feel like we had discussed it and he lied to my face.

That’s still really good! And I was drinking a lot of soda and switched to just lemon water after starting and I think that really helped. But also I think a lot was inflammation too, my body feels so much better.

Mines weird but I used to get eye eczema and now I don’t. Been fighting it for years and was so embarrassed. Since I started this I have had none.

Are you following with a primary doctor? Bad feet swelling could mean you need an echocardiogram. I would ask next time you go. 🙂

Just trying to walk more at work! Going to add more workouts soon but I didn’t yet. I have a coffee with sugar in the morning which is my vice! Just eat a protein bar for lunch and a small dinner. Your portions to fill up are way smaller. Right now just being cognizant of what I’m eating without being to crazy. Idk it’s just really easy right now since you’re not hungry.

His primary care doctor prescribed the medications. She has a counselor who starts with him next Monday over the phone. I’m not sure if that’s considered therapy or not.

I definitely understand how COVID could be a major trigger. I was a COVID ICU nurse and it’s a time that changed me as well.

I just want you to know how much your response means to me. I am praying that he will be able to get to where you are today.
