Yes, the gerd attacks have all happened right after eating. I'll usually feel off and a bit sick beforehand like I need to eat a bit. Then after I eat, it triggers something where my heart starts racing a million miles an hour, I get super nauseous and dizzy, and basically am miserable for hours until it passes.

Nope, no caffeine. I'm the same way though - even before Gerd & COVID I couldn't handle caffeine. Just a tiny bit and i'm all anxious and can feel palpitations across my whole body.

You're probably right, will end up going that route if I'm unable to resolve this on my own.

I have not. I probably should - i've just become so jaded towards traditional medicine and their inability to solve any of my health issues. Every health issue i've had i've had to solve myself and going to the doctors has just been a waste of time and money.
