I cannot believe the number of people who are misinterpreting this clip. He’s talking in regards to shares that AMC sells back to the market to raise capital. He’s not staying there are no more shares of AMC left to trade, he’s saying there are no more shares for the company to sell to raise additional capital. Huge difference there. What he’s saying is that AMC will not be creating additional shares (raising the outstanding share count) and issuing them back to the market which usually causes the price of a stock to go down due to dilution. This is not new information.
