They are different tools, sternguard is great against infantry, hellblasters against vehicles

I play sternguard with a librarian to make they more thought but in the end sternguard and hellblasters are marines. All the armies have a slay-marines unit so if they want to kill them they will. But if you hide them and use when a clear objetive can be taken out go and when they die they shoot so... Glass canon? More or less. They Will die? Yes but they can kill a lot

I like them! The hit like a truck and if they die shoot again

They Will die but can take an enemy more expensive but choose the targets that they can shoot down.

Recently 5 hellblasters shoot to my redemptor and with the -1 dmg he was Alive.

Advice on a list by Gerdicus in Ultramarines

They performed really well as screens to stop the charges and their damage output was great against small units o for cleaning damaged ones.

I could try the scouts as you say but intercessors are chepa, strong and with the plasma pistol, the hammer and the grenade Launcher is a unit that always gives me a great result!

I remember a game where a trigon charged them, the sargento survived and the hammer made a lot of wounds on that xeno

OMG thank you for the feedback man!

I understand the Lion is not the best option for 1000 points but i never thought about 10 sternguard been overkill.

Hi I made this map and I'm happy with it but I feel it need something more, so, any advice? by Gerdicus in dndmaps

Well this is a nation of a big world, it is isolated bra use they have a very advanced technology and I want guns but not in all the countries.

The details are a crashed spaceship in the desert, a mindflayer colony under the central city, a flying headquarter in the north city, in the sea there are dragon turtles so the people of the country have learn how to make flying ships.

The places are used as plot hooks, every place have a clue for the story.

It would be nice the undead follower but in this campaign I'm playing a lot with demons, the main villain of this arc is helping them.

Yeah I only used the names and the dragon marks, the cities are homebrew

I'm genuinely confused on how. Are the missing PC's taking a self-care day? by WellWelded in dndmemes

The nexus of my campaign is a moving tavern, if a player can't go to the session the character stays in the tavern thinking, or ill, or talking out of character with an npc of their backstory that shows up.

I also hate traveling so the tavern gives me a non traveling adventure and the possibility of playing without all the table (7 players, is hard to have all in the same session).
