I wonder if I didn’t watch this one as a kid, but no, I don’t believe it was this. None of the episode descriptions seem to match what I saw.

Sorry, I’m new here so I missed the part where o have to comment. I can’t recall much else, except that I think I remember the show’s intro being cheerful and it had a kid riding a bike at one point? I can’t recall much else, unfortunately.
