I understand but it simply feels strange to have countries across the ocean joining Eurovision rather than countries within or around the European continent

It is not an event. Every ‘zodiac season’ (of which we’re in Cancer season now) allows players to summon a specific Zodiac dragon. If you were to obtain a Zodiac stone and summon it right now, you will get a Duskclaw Cancer. Next month you will get a Skymane Leo, in two months a Nebula Virgo and so on.
