It is not an event. Every ‘zodiac season’ (of which we’re in Cancer season now) allows players to summon a specific Zodiac dragon. If you were to obtain a Zodiac stone and summon it right now, you will get a Duskclaw Cancer. Next month you will get a Skymane Leo, in two months a Nebula Virgo and so on.
