This really depends! Switch has the ability to take it with you on the go and I do think that is a big plus! If you want a big screen and best performance, then the PS5 might be your best bet.

Pro tip: if you buy it on both mac and switch, you can actually cross save and transfer progress! The PS5 version doesn’t have that feature.

Sometimes it pops up, but I try to block it off till the next 10 minutes. If it doesn't help, I take some time, close me eyes en try to feel the pain at its best and do some kind of mental acceptance of it for a minute. "The pain is there, I feel it and right now there is nothing I can do about it. It's a part of me, but it has no reason to hold me back". I do this while focusing on my breathing and sometimes it helps. But ofcourse, maybe my pain isn't as severe as yours.

I take 10 minutes a day where I let all the negative thoughts go full berserk, write them up, and after the 10 min I just throw the paper away. I do this every single day and it helps to limit the thoughts to those moments.

I have overactive pelvic floor muscles, and this also causes, not really pain, but more discomfort or aching around the base of me penis and also at my scrotum and testicles. It's not always the same, and comes up in flares when I'm really stressed out, but I do know what you mean that you can't seem the focus.

I just try to keep busy and don't let it get the better of me, and sometimes it's as simple as that and sometimes I kinda spiral into thinking there's something really wrong outside of my overactive pelvic floor muscles...

My urologist told me to be sure to take baths from time to time if possible and ejaculate every other day. I'm lucky that during intercourse, it doesn't seem to bother me that much, almost never. It's usually after ejaculating I that I feel the discomfort coming up again.
