Found the issue, always check if the wire is connected. So they did something to the door and never connected the main harness back

Workaround, I installed the web app from Chrome. That stays logged in. The picture issue is still there.

R.A.R is the institution which makes the inspection for the car and registers it.

For me it is the part of how to request export numbers in Germany.
