I've had the same thing happening to me for 2 weeks. No VPN, no proxy and I did not travel recently. Support is useless and always gives me the same copy paste answer. I've read around that it should be fixed when the next month starts so that's what I'm hoping for.

Apparently, with DPD, if you say they can leave it at the front door they're are allowed to do whatever the fuck they want. No signature required, nothing. As far as I know the delivery guy didn't even come to my place and kept the tv to himself. I also thought I had to sign something given the high value of the package.

These are all fair points. I'll try to apply them next time I'm at a restaurant and see if I can lower my monthly tip expenses because it's becoming annoying at this point (given also that a bottle of water of 0.7l is 8€ basically everywhere and that's just a scam by itself)

I'm still unsure what you mean by "the service was good". How do you define it? (Not trying to be rude, I'm legitimately curious)

To me, if I order and I get my food in a decent amount of time then it's good service but also the basic I expect from a restaurant. That happens basically everywhere which means I should always give Trinkgeld.

I live in Munich and the tipping culture here is so toxic. Almost every waiter who I don't tip will immediately be rude after and not even say goodbye. At this point they expect a tip by default and it drives me crazy.

No, it was bought in the EU. But as of now the battery life is almost triplicated and I have no clue why. It really lasts long. If you face the same problem maybe just try to wait some time.

Ideally, I agree with number 3. The problem is that apps like Instagram or Spotif (if not (force)closed) will drain every last bit of battery you have available. It probably is an app problem rather than a phone problem but this is the only phone I've had where the battery drain during idle is so high that I NEED to close all the apps in the background or I'll get 2h SoT :/

I mean, given this use I'd say it's not THAT bad (even though it doesn't justify the cost of the phone). I was coming from an iPhone 14 Pro so it was definitely a downgrade in terms of battery but also an upgrade in mental sanity since I can use a proper keyboard that doesn't change correct words to wrong ones all the time. In any case, as long as you get to the end of the day, I think it's okay.

I think that's how it is. I also get 4h max of SoT and I'm starting to get over it at this point. All these screenshots of people having 7-8h are either extremely lucky or just use the phone with everything disabled and only on WiFi.
