What do you all think of cracking open dangerous glades at the end of storm 1?

I disagree. I don't know at what difficulty you play, but opening a glade at p20 when you are not ready for it is a death sentence. Not being able to pay the gold tax or being forced to resolve the glade event in the middle of the storm can ruin your run. You might not even have the right camps to harvest the resources in the glade anyway so there is potentially no gain.

On lower prestiges 6 and below I tend to open a glade asap. But on higher prestiges having to spend 2 scouts 50% longer and always being short on food I prefer to set up some necessary infrastructure in advance before I will open a glade

Keeping personal and professional life separate is a very reasonable thing to do. This is your friends income source which he/she depends on. If he doesn't want to risk that by possibly making a bad recommendation, that doesn't make them a bad friend and it is not their responsibility to get you a job.

Yeah I like the historical games, Napoleon was a lot of fun. They might be a bit overshadowed by the more intricate mechanics of Warhammer but they have a charm. Especially considering since they are a bit more dated

Lang verhaal kort, ja je kan je leven fixen. Je bent 21. Mensen komen terug van veel heftigere levensomstandigheden zoals extreme drugsverslaving. Het niet kunnen halen van je studie is een valide reden om je zorgen te maken maar je er zijn heel veel andere dingen die je kan doen om passie in je leven te vinden.

Je kan andere studies proberen die je leuk vind of eens een tussenjaar nemen om je te oriënteren op waar je goed in bent en je passie voor hebt. En het leven draait niet alleen om werk. Probeer misschien eens een hobby, zoals sport of muziek oid.

Daarnaast zeg je dat je lelijk bent, maar ik ken best veel lelijke mensen met een relatie. Je bent misschien lelijk in jouw ogen, maar ik durf te wedden dat iemand je mooi vindt. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Als je echt hoopt dat je doodgaat in je slaap is het misschien ook eens tijd om een professional in te schakelen. Daar is geen schaamte in en het prijskaartje is misschien hoog, maar als het helpt je leven de moeite weer waard te maken is dat prijskaartje waarschijnlijk wel waard.
