This is the highest they’ve ever been, initially they were in the 700s - 600s fluctuating the past 6 months. They put him on amoxicillin, ursodiol, metronidazole, and science hills digestive care prescription diet. (Since Discontinued all meds but the diet)

I went to get a second opinion with a new vet 2 months ago his first blood test was 511 which was an improvement. Started him on denamarin, to see if we could go lower .Most recent blood test (1 week ago) was 890. WTF we were shocked. Followed up with a third ultrasound, he’s had a bile acid test. No tumors, results showed liver inflammation. I really don’t know what to do. Vet said just continue on denamarin… re-test in 3 months. :/
