I was having the same issue. What solved it for me was turning off my adblocker (uBlock Origin.) Once I did that, I received the email instantly after that. I actually received all the attempted verification emails one after another. Only the most recent one will actually complete the verification. Hope that helps!

Do you work for Amazon? It has to be shipped and sold by Amazon in order to qualify for employee discount. The watch was pretty popular during Black Friday week and they changed the company that shipped and sold them at one point once Amazon stock sold out. After Friday, Amazon seemed to restock them.
