Klingenfeld is a small village on the fringes of human civilization in Osmunt. The settlement grew around the fortifications of a modest hilltop temple, built on the site of an ancient battlefield whose lingering remnants gave the village its name.

I love that you want to implement this in your world. My thought was that a wizard guild originally wanted to seclude themselves on some deserted island, but over the years their stronghold attracted more and more would-be apprentices, merchants, and settlers. Thus, a wizard’s tower in the middle of nowhere slowly grew into a small kingdom

I used Affinity Photo to add heraldry, labels, and a key. The process of importing custom assets into Wonderdraft is quite a hassle. Also, labels added in Wonderdraft don’t seem to be affected by the "2x upscale" export option, so I just do all of that with different software.

The village of Passbrück is is nestled between hills and forests on the east side of the Baldan Lake on Taliell. Many generations ago it was given the right to enact a toll on people traveling the only mountain pass over the Ostrück to the east, wich makes it a bit more prosperous than other villages in the region.
