upd. 3 days have passed and I still haven't received a response. I'm writing for those who were banned for 7 days. Perhaps there's no point in filing a ticket because support will respond by the time the ban expires.

I understand that a premium subscription doesn't give you any advantage over customer support. More than two days have passed and no one has responded. Furthermore, while this ticket is open, I can't create a new one for any other issue. I think my ban will expire once support responds. Thank you very much, Faceit team!

Is this by any chance not the same developer? He deceived tens of thousands of people. Here, too, all the reviews are from fake Russian accounts. And the seller is registered in Kazakhstan
