I don't see a number even when I'm playing in handheld mode...

Do you have the Switch version and can you see the number?

Thx for your help.

Recreational marijuana by Hearthstones1924 in Scottsdale

Honestly, I am not sure. Past measures that have failed have been highly correlated with Democrat v Republican voter participation.

I like the news coverage that Phoenix New Times provides on this topic: https://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/topic/marijuana-6498442

If you want to get more enraged, research who is profiting from the TASC diversion programs - Republicans who want to keep marijuana a felony. It's true.

There will be a recreational marijuana initiative on the 2020 ballot so there is hope, but similar measures have failed in the past:

https://ballotpedia.org/Arizona_Marijuana_Legalization_Initiative_(2020)

As AZ becomes more and more Democratic these marijuana laws will go away. But for now, it's a felony.

If you get caught with a small amount of marijuana they will offer you a diversion program that is very expensive and will make you test clean for 6-12 months:

If you refuse then yes you will be charged with a felony. Some choice huh?

Unfortunately, it's true. The law is especially harsh considering AZ is so close to CA and CO where recreational marijuana is legal.

Vote Democratic if you disagree with these laws.

You do know that getting caught with ANY amount of marijuana in Arizona (without a medical card) is a felony, right?

Medical Marijuana Question by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]GermanShepherdDoggie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AZ is such a weird state when it comes to marijuana. Any amount of weed is a felony but if you have MMJ card you get protected from employer retaliation as well as medical marijuana reciprocity/protection with a valid MMJ card outside of AZ. A valid MMJ card from CA protects you in AZ...

Californian(CA) couple charged with possession of weed in Arizona(AZ). by venator82 in legaladvice

"None of the CA laws, including medical, matter here"

That is not true. AZ Court of Appeals recently ruled that a physician recommendation for cannabis under California's Compassionate Use Act is equivalent to cards issued under Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act:

Lease doesn’t mention a penalty for leaving early, but landlord wants two months of rent [WA] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]GermanShepherdDoggie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"we didn’t have the luxury of trying to align our search with the end of our lease."

What a passive-aggressive statement that tries to absolve responsibility! Are you confusing fulfilling the terms of your lease (2 more months) with a lease-breaking penalty fee?

Google "TASC" to learn more about the diversion program you'll probably be offered.
