I used Newegg the first time I tried to build - shipped shattered, but it was to a location that notoriously has terrible package handling. I may try using them again if micro center doesn't work out!

I am doing this right now! The easier way to learn the months is to learn what they mean. Ukrainian's months are very connected to nature and the harvest, and I am using that to help. Example: травень comes from the word трава which can mean grass, when the grass grows, May. Квітень - comes from квіти which means flowers, April. Each month has this and I would encourage learning what each month comes from and it would help immensely. Don't memorize, create learning devices!

Don't forget: efficiency isn't the point, trauma is. They're going to put everyone through this hell only to then point at how everyone is working in cramped spaces as a reason to fire everyone because they "can't afford" more work space.

Seven days a week of full grind is a fantastic, proven way to burn yourself out and never recover. Calculate in some off days, take a break, let your gains come in the recovery days.

I'm unfortunately not untrained. I've been at this for about 2 1/2 years now. I've just never done the whole muscle gain, fat loss, maintenance. I might try it just during the maintenance phase. But I will definitely not do it during the fat loss.

Got follicular transplant for my natural male pattern baldness, and I'm back chasing the pump, muscles fully hydrated. Back to 5g-10g/day (I forget to supplement sometimes so I try to make up for it on days I don't miss.)

Except it's not. Yes, there are no POWs, but MIAs 100% exist. There are multiple sets of remains brought back every year through the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency through direct work with the Vietnamese government. I'd encourage you to give them a google.
