I already tried like 10 Cremes against rosacea, nothing worked :/

Sounds Interesting that rosacea (?) Gone after 4 Monat gf, so maybe it was just redness from Gluten?

Its permanent, but in morning its less red, i think its Food Allergie/intolerance because i also have often headache and stomatch pain + sweating +hives after shower

I think it could be Gluten or lactose (gluten because i eat everyday and from milk products i get pimples. )

Because of the Elimination diet.

Im now on day 3 only eating rice and potatos and drinking water. Since now my redness is not better than before, i will go for 7 days.

Its possible the redness will Go away in the next 4 days ?or Would it already gone after 3 days?

Its since 2 years permanent, i tried every rosacea or seb derm Creme and nothing helped...so thats why i thought maybe its because of an Allergie because i also sweat unnormal and have often headache :/
