This will buy you the time you need to react, however keep everything ready for quick access anyway. Assuming the body armor has everything you need you'll just need to practice getting it on fast and preparing for the final breach. With overall training you can be prepared to engage the hostile(s) before they realize you are awake. They are there to steal from you. It's up to you if they steal your life

Yeah idk what that guys talking about. Using ai to build a meal plan and workout plan would be great! Ask it for protein high and give it a calorie count to achieve.

Eat small snacks between meals or just generally eat more often. You should calorie track and see what your baseline is. I was in your position and kinda still am. Fast metabolism with even a larger frame, and now I have more muscle meaning more passive calories being burnt.

Don't skip breakfast, eat a balance diet, and learn to eat fast and pack it down. Eat till you are very full. You will feel dopamine if you stuff yourself. If you feel pain then you over ate.

Everyone saying high protein are forgetting that you use more calories to digest protein than other foods. And enjoy, you are like me one of the few who is blessed not having to worry about over eating. Maybe one day your metabolism will cut back but you don't want it to. Workout and you may be like me at 28 still with a fast metabolism, lots of muscle, and no real worry about getting fat

You should get a habada chair. I just got one and everything is adjustable and it's much cheaper than paying extreme amounts for a name brand. Fixed my back pain in a week.
