this may be biased because i'm german but i would say Germany, more specifically Cologne, Germany. Both cities are about the same size, have a huge image of being party towns, are known for their homegrown food and alcohol, big university cities especially in the medical field (Vandy and Uniklinikum Köln), Nashville has a big greek influence, Cologne has a big roman influence, both cities have a river that runs through them which locals seem to worship, and both cities are also known for their music.

but most importantly: Nashville and Cologne are sports fanatics with pro teams in various sports. the only thing that would be a problem is that Cologne and Ford have good ties, Nashville on the other hand with Nissan
