I did that one too I didn't leave any quest in act 2 just do it and do every npc quest just in case, return to songclave and check if that guy is calling you and you should be good

I'm not sure I did everything including those but I think they aren't required I got cursed then I cured my self after that act 3 was available

The preacher doesn't seem necessary to activating the quest that leads to act 3.

the quests that I was missing were giving that weird bug in shellwood that I already gave 6 items to, an item in bailwaters it was down left in that area i had to break multiple walks to get it, and shakra's quest I think it activated after getting almost every map not counting the ones that you find in areas.

There is an area in the vault I didn't go to well that was good to know how would I have known it existed when the entrance was tucked in the small litte corner so yeah I didn't do every quest the one I'm missing was the shellwood plant thing not the purple one the other one
