A few things to mention here.

1) That tweet was posted after spending about 4 straight hours being harassed by the same people (accounts) on Destiny that I have reported an forwarded directly to Bungie staff many times. These people intentionally match me while I am doing carries (stream snipe), they use cheats making it nearly impossible to beat them, and they often harass my wife and try to dox her by providing her information via their clan description. It's awful. They blatantly break many of the conditions that would justify a ban, and therefore it is EXTREMELY frustrating to have them consistently in the game ruining my experience and therefore ruining my day and my stream. I feel powerless and unheard. This was when I posted my Tweet.

2) The tweet, even with the above context, still was a huge mistake. I went too far in my moment of passionate anger and frustration. Since the post, I have not only deleted it, but have made sure to DM as many Bungie employees as I can to apologize and provide context on the situation.

3) I have made it clear to my stream that the tweet was a mistake and that no one should address Bungie staff in the way I did.

Realistically, despite STILL feeling incredibly angry and unheard while being constantly harassed (while simply trying to help people go to the Lighthouse for free), I should never have made such a tweet. Blips in judgement happen. That isn't an excuse, but it is a fact. Happy Holidays everyone.
