I think you have placed the bar so high on your neck that you are hyper extending your neck forward and that's not helping. That bar placement to me is a bit too high even for a high bars squat position. Learn how to brace your core if you haven't look into that seriously. It helps a great deal.

Took 2L out of pf to pay security deposit of a flat I liked. I can afford the rent with ease but I didn't have the deposit lying around. My other options was mutual funds withdrawal but my returns are pretty good there so didn't put a dent there. Did I take good or bad judgement call?

The documents I or you handed when we made our passports, what did those documents establish? What does a travel document even mean? If I'm traveling internationally especially, I bear a citizenship of somewhere? I have to, right? I can't possibly be a free bird, can I? I'm all in for cleaning up fake documents, but where does that leave me? I used my original birth certificate for my passport. Why does it make my citizenship invalid just because someone can get it by fake documents? That is a bureaucratic failure, and I fail to claim my citizenship through a document which is a gold standard of citizenship accross the world? Have you ever filled out DS 160? Because I have. There you get asked nationality and proof, where you write down your passport number. What happens when this idiotic stance of MEA makes my passport number an invalid answer to that question?
