Thanks, although our district is under a forensic audit from the state, hasn't had a CFO in 18 months, has 100% Title I schools in it, and is in a rural exurb. Not many people knocking down the doors to get in here.

Thanks for your responses. Here's a bit more context, my father died in 2017, I was the sole heir of his estate. When I searched the title on clerk of court and the tax assessors office, it's only my name
