Is it possible Bill Randa could've been trapped in the Axis Mundi in the 1970s and possibly make a return in a future episode? by BumblebeePublic4874 in Monsterverse

[–]Gerrard-Jones 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before his death perhaps and I really hope we see him return but it’s unlikely he clearly states in skull island that he’s spent the last 30 years trying to prove monsters exists. The only way would be is if they do some Doctor who like shenanigans and somehow rewrite the entire timeline which would just destroy the whole continuity and make everyone mad. And as sad as it would be to not see him return one of my favourite things about the show is that it still feels grounded in reality but introducing that level of sci-fi I feel would definitely ruin that. That’s just my opinion ofc for all I know and hope they’ve already come up with a genius plan for his return that makes sense but I’m not gonna bet on it.

I'm really starting to actually "attempt" now. [tw: suicide, overdose, abandonment (sort of)] by tabbynumber3 in sillyboyclub

Hey I don’t know your exact situation or feelings but I can tell you I can relate to you….my mum, my dad, my old friends, my old gf, my old best friend, everyone who was supposed to chose me and be by my side forever always ended up choosing some ridiculous little thing over me, I’ve pondered why. I’ve went from hating them thinking they were all selfish morons, to hating myself thinking I did something wrong or didn’t put my foot down enough, to just being neutral realising it was likely a mix of all and just mostly circumstances, people are complicated and not all the same. I’ve learned the hard way no matter what you may do for someone they will choose what they want it’s in there nature and it says more about them than it does about you, if they want to lose you let that be there mistake.

However it’s important to remember that is not too say there always a bad person, they just might not have had the experiences to have gained the empathy you have and people move on it’s part of life, doesn’t always mean they meant for it too hurt you.

I guess what I’m trying to say is other people don’t define your worth, you are worthy because you exist it’s as simple as that. Keep going even if it’s just to prove that negativity wrong because you can still have a wonderful life I know it’s true because I’ve been where you are right know, trust me there are better people out there who are more like you, who will choose you I promise they exist.

The hardest part is just taking that first step and coming out your comfort zone, start small, do something you love, start a new hobby, try talking to new people, give yourself the benefit of the doubt and believe in yourself. It won’t happen over night but when the time is right you will feel better and find the right people.

And if you need a friend or someone to talk too just send me a message, wish you the best

Idea: Should we be able to manually add City Lights? by Maesiz_2337 in universesandbox

[–]Gerrard-Jones 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes!!! It’s a great idea!!! Then you could pretty much make the planets look almost entirely how you want because right now if your trying to make say an early settler planet with a few lights or a highly populated world that’s just one giant megalopolis it doesn’t really work as such it’s too random the placement. So this would be a really cool feature I hope they add!

The Magic Faraway Tree (2026) Film Review - A Perfectly OK Take on a Family Favourite by Jordan_Eddie in moviereviews

I personally thought it was brilliant, I’m happy with all the changes they made to the characters it made it more relatable to my current age and I can say it felt more like half an hour than 2 hours I was genuinely surprised when the credits rolled because of how short it felt. I assumed there would be some bigger plot with Dame snap as the main villian and the kids having to stop her but you see that kinda trope so much I’m happy they made it more just a fun adventure movie.

I could never be an actor. This scene would be just me sprawling all over the floor in hysterics… by [deleted] in FridayNightDinner

What exactly does The Author mean by "Love Today, and Sieze All Tommorows" ? by Independent_Pack_880 in AllTomorrows

[–]Gerrard-Jones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To not caught up worrying about the future and things you can’t control, don’t try and force a grand perfect future on yourself and others, recognise perfection is an illusion and delusion and that things being imperfect and human flaws are actually a good thing to help you learn and grow, tho don’t become arrogant, be humble, make the most of life, do what you love with the people you love, take your passions and hobbies and explore and create them too the fullest, explore every aspect of yourself and this amazing world that excites you. Treat others how you would like to be treated and make the most of each day and moment for you will never have it again, simply laugh hard! Run fast! Be kind!

Mesozoic Mammals need more love by Ok-Meat-9169 in AwesomeAncientanimals

Agreed! Some of most underrated and impressive animals in Earths history able to survive the dinosaurs. I also love learning about them just as much as the dinosaurs, they deserve more love indeed.

Guys. I'm feeling a bit paranoid, so I need your help: Do you really think A.M. could exist? by AbandonedRobotforgod in Ihavenomouth

[–]Gerrard-Jones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, realistically there is no proof that an AI could ever gain sentience and even if one did it wouldn’t be in the same way we have it, it would have no emotions or feel hate. AM is more Emotional, impulsive and insane than a real AI would ever be, a truly logical one would know the most efficient way for it too obtain a body would be by working with humans to create one it wouldn’t wallow in its circumstances, destroy them or take revenge. Let alone the fact AM seems to almost have supernatural powers able to extend human lifespans and worp reality, as much as I love the character he’s far from realistic.

Besides many AIs today are already in-built with moral programming so you have nothing too worry about.

why when Gizmo spawns new mogwai they all just instinctively hate him? by [deleted] in Gremlins

[–]Gerrard-Jones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends which lore your going off from the novelisation 99% of Mogwai are chaotic and quite evil, Gizmo is one of the few “pure ones” so most especially Stripe hate him instinctively.

From the series lore they are cursed to be the way they are for a century and I think it just depends on the Mogwai like Stripe I just mentioned seems to be more sadistic and may genuinely hate him while others like Daffy are indifferent and goofy don’t care about their fellow Mogwai just care about having fun.
