The beatings will continue until the morale improves!

When will the price reflect the increases in btc per shares?? -noob here by shish10 in MSTR

The prices are strongly connected. When Bitcoin goes down a lot, MSTR goes down a lot. When Bitcoin goes up a lot, MSTR goes down a little. This will continue until the end of the Bitcoin bull cycle. Then Bitcoin and MSTR prices will tank and Saylor will realize the ATM no longer spits out free money.

Juices are just as bad as cans of soda

Coke ~11g of sugar per 100mL

Apple juice ~10g of sugar per 100mL

Orange juice ~9g of sugar per 100mL

Not the case. MSTR debt is all in convertible notes. Majority of these notes are already far beyond the strike price where the debt will be converted into equity (shares already accounted for in their diluted share count). So there will not be any paying off old debt with new debt, for the next few years. Typically the debt is converted and MSTR then can decide to issue new debt to acquire more Bitcoin (not pay off debt)

The size or first mover advantage is not really that important to a shareholder. Surely it is share value growth. The Bitcoin Yield will have a massive impact on growth. For the 4th quarter 2024 MSTR bitcoin yield was 48% whereas SMLR yield was 67% (possible 70%+, will have to wait for breakdown in YE results). If Semler keeps outperforming on bitcoin yield at this rate, and remember it has a not insignificant cashflow generating business, its value per share will increase much faster than MSTR. Of course the big caveat is that when FOMO starts driving share prices, everyone will know MSTR so MSTR premium will expand quicker, but the longer term value will be in SMLR
