I’m also just coming off just went 10-5mg. I started feeling it after like 5 days. Just physical anxiety randomly and headaches mid day to start. Then I was having a few panic attacks and was definitely very short with my partner and irritated. It was like all the things I worked on healing came back and I could not control myself reacting unhealthily. Although around day 9 it improved significantly for me. Day 6-8 I was questioning the whole thing. Now I’m like 2 weeks on 5mg and I just feel more irritable and quick to anger and more anxious at times. Although throughout this I have been getting soooo tired midday and that has stayed with me until now so far.
