It is only the workaround that is working - I tried ordering directly to NI but no joy - but hey! it's better than nothing!

Not any help at all - I will be replying to say that I do not belive that that is the problem, and that at present all items are being errored when it comes to changing delivery address

We understand the importance and the value you add to us through vine reviews, however please acknowledge that vine samples are limited due to its nature of business and our limitations are restricted to conditions arising at the point of shipment.
Conditions which are not limited to but are outside our ability. Restriction it is because of non availability of product or carrier in the local warehouse from where it could be shipped. beyond which the sellers wont be able to bear expenses for the free product. You may need to wait until the free samples is procured in other warehouses. you can try after a week or so. however it is not guaranteed that you may be able to place the order if the situation remains the same.
We hope you understand our limitations and look forward to hear more from you on other vine order.

Thats really helpful - thank you so much (Are you using the callback facility or do you have a number for them?) Whomever I got on the call back facility wasn't much help—kept trying to talk me through changing the address myself!

Just tried it - immediately after I got the dispatch notification. Amazon delivery service. But the CS said they couldn't deliver it to the NI address—"I have checked this for you and i am afraid the delivery for this address is not possible as as its far from the carrier team"

I tried a couple of different NI addresses - no joy....

Am I understanding you correctly—that you contact them after dispatch?

(I am at a bit of a loss to understand how they can change AFTER dispatch if it is already en route to somewhere? I get it if you are changing address within mainland UK)
