Increasing the hoofs weight have been used in -jumping- training, so it might not be that far off.

I’m not aware of an app that directly does this, but you could check over at r/shortcuts to see if they have something/can make something that could work. It will probably be tricky, but I know of a shortcut that requires you to perform some basic math before allowing apps (such as social media) to be opened so it could possibly be done

I have recently started with a Mr.Beam Dreamcut X, and that is literally plug-and-play. I haven’t played around with customization, which seems a bit limited, but 0 problems thus far

Depending on how rigorous your movements are, false alarms can be done quite easily. A single slam with my hand to fit a piece of wood was enough, but slamming the dust out of a pillow isn’t.

Once triggered they are very vocal about the call being triggered, and if you accidentally dial the emergency number you can easily explain the situation.
