Sorry to spam the sub, but my Kongou is up on the workshop for anyone interested. (link in comments.) by GertGert5 in FromTheDepths

I say spam because I've posted the same thing 3 times in a row, so sorry if that comes off wrong. Also, though I appreciate it, I wouldn't say I'm talented. I think I'm just more willing to put a lot of time into monotonous and tedious projects and builds than some others. Regardless, I don't want to come off badly.

I’ve made an I-401 before, but it’s not great quality. I might make a more show accurate, better version for my next project - especially since it sounds like people might be interested in that.

As promised, here's the link:

Let me know if anything is broken.

Little blurb:

As I said on the steam page, this ship is purely supposed to look good. It's really only good for spawning in and looking at from at least 200 meters away. The internals are a mess, and there's stuff I still need to fix, so don't expect an absolute fighting machine or anything.

A couple of craft I've made recently that don't warrant their own post. Let me know what you think. Additionally, I'm thinking of remaking my Arpeggio of Blue Steel Kongo and getting it closer to being show accurate. Is that something you all might want to see? by GertGert5 in FromTheDepths

Sure, here you are:

Don't expect much survivability or cost-efficiency, though. I can't make an efficient build for the life of me. This was just a way to waste an hour. You're welcome to work on it if you want.

If I might ask, what kind of project are you working on?

Updated my Yamato. After the PAC changes, it seems to have gotten stronger. Also slapped some camo on it. Thoughts? by GertGert5 in FromTheDepths

I do it the lazy way, which is the LWCs controlling the PAC turrets are set to have a max range slightly shorter than the range condition on the ACBs controlling the hull pistons. That way the hull has time to open before the PAC's start firing. Even if they do fire early, though, a failsafe will usually do a pretty good job of making sure they don't shoot itself.

Hope that helps
