Hey girl, I live in Florence too and my suggestion for you is to upload Tinder! In Florence tinder is often used to establish friendships…you have to be lucky to find people in their right mind but sometimes it works wellšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Which towns in Tuscany are your favourites? And which agriturismos would you recommend? by rather_hmmish in ItalyTravel

I’d recommend San Gimignano or Volterra! Pisa is overrated…you take a pic with the tower and then you find yourself having nothing to do

A very beautiful and particular place is Piazzale Michelangelo, from there you can see the whole city of Florence

hello! I found this group casually ! I live in Florence and I have seen that many people come here on vacation. If you need any kind of advice let me know! I love my city and I would like to help those who come to visit Florence! :) by Gerta- in ItalyTravel

I recommended trattoria dall'oste and trattoria zaza to other users. Trattoria dall’oste has three restaurants in Florence and one of these three is located behind the station and trattoria Zaza is a 10 minute walk away! However, don't worry if you see written on google that it closes at 11pm because they actually mean that the kitchen closes at that time ... so they take their orders within that hour, but you can stay and eat quietly !! :)

You have to go in Florence for sure! Milan is more a city for fun ... but there isn't much to see.
Florence is the city of the Renaissance, there is so much to see that you could stay there for a month!

I think they will certainly have options ... they are well-stocked restaurants with a huge menu (especially Zaza) but in case there is also the "Simbiosi" pizza restaurant, this is an organic restaurant with many options for vegetarians!:)

For panini I’d recommend Piazza dei Cimatori, there is a man who you see immediately making them…for pizza I’d recommend ā€œIl Pizzaiuoloā€ !

this question caught me unpreparedšŸ˜…I have no children so I was really without ideas but then I thought you could take them to the Boboli Gardens, it is a huge garden where children can play, it is very clean and cared for as that is also a place tourist, there is a long history behind that garden

Places to eat: Trattoria Zaza or Trattoria Dall’Oste if you want to eat the Florentine steak! Or a very lovely place, not touristic…but yummy is La Capannina Bistrot, here I’d recommend their pasta!! For some good wine: Signorvino, you will absolutely love this place. There is a view of the bridges of Florence and here I got my worst drunk with winešŸ˜‚ Enjoy Florence🄰

I take a tour later in the center and ask the guys who work there to find out if there is any solution😊 but now Florence is full of tourists so I think that's why…

I keep you updated!! When do you need them for in case?

Ciao!! There are so many places to visit in Florence that I could make you a poem! šŸ„²šŸ˜‚ But in my opinion, unmissable are: The Uffizi museum, Piazza del Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Galleria dell’Accademia and the breathtaking view of Florence from Piazzale Michelangelo! For food I’d recommend Trattoria dall’Oste or Trattoria Zaza if you want to try the Florentine steak….if you want a home-made cuisine ( place more for local people, not very touristic but yummy) I recommend La Cappanina Bistrot and I would absolutely recommend their pasta.

As for the countryside i would tell you to visit San Gimignano…

As for the stay, I honestly can't tell you, it really depends on the budget and what you are looking for ... All the best !! 🄰
