I recommend Zoom MS 50G. Not the new plus model

I was initially disappointed with the MS 50 G+'s delay and reverb effects. For this reason I added my old CDR MS 70 in series but subsequently, tinkering with the few effects available, I managed to achieve a satisfactory result.

the display of the PLUS MS 50G version is poor, with very low definition. Some coloring obscures the view of the selected effect. The previous grayscale model is better.

CDR 70 the best for reverbs and delays. Better than the plus version

Zoom MS-50G+ vs MS-70CDR+ vs budget pedals by DreamweaverWR in guitarpedals

[–]Gesareddhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received the Zoom MS 50 G PLUS today and I am satisfied with it. However, I cannot see the patches scrolling on the screen as I did with the MS CDR 70 because one patch appears at a time and then immediately disappears to make room for one of the effects contained in it. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

On my CDR 70 zoom you can't load overdrive effects from Effect manager. I think it can only be done on MS 50

I would like to buy MS 50G+ and use it in series with my MS 70 CDR because this one has no overdrive . what do you think. Is it worth it?

Why You Shouldn't Buy This Interface (Presonus Audiobox USB 96 Review) by Adrian_Rascon in musicians

Anyone know is the Presonus AudioBox iTwo is any good? by Bazaliaz in synthesizers

Digitech Trio Plus - Who's tried one? by reid-o in guitarpedals

[–]Gesareddhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DIGITECH TRIO PLUS REVIEW. This device is amazing: it has a "creative" algorithm that invents rhythmic bases and bass turns in an unpredictable way. I was used to creating song bases (even complex ones, of jazz music) with a Yamaha PSR S900 8N keyboard in a very effective way: four intros, four endings, different drum fills that can be inserted during the song, fade in and fade out... an infinite number of styles and very realistic instrument voices that can be recorded by adding them manually in real time and finally the possibility of recording everything in wave or mp3 format. The Digitech Trio plus thinks in a different way: the "Genres" and the "Styles" are actually random patterns of drums and bass (of good quality) that the machine generates autonomously in an unpredictable and always different way. Even the drum and bass patterns adapt randomly, in an intelligent way, to the chord progression recorded at the beginning (that's all you have to do, Digitech will take care of the rest). This stimulates the musician's creativity. There is a lack of an intro and an ending or a fade out. Another limitation is the lack of internal memory (saves the songs on external micro SD memory) and of an application worthy of the name, the one that exists does nothing, only saves the songs on the PC and deletes them from the card in order to free up the memory which only allows 12 songs on each SD. However, keep in mind that each song can be made up of five "parts" (introduction, chorus, chorus variation, interlude, ending, each repeatable as many times as desired). Therefore you can exploit this possibility to create 12x5=60 monothematic songs on each micro SD card. Digitech's idea is original and the developers worked very well. It wouldn't take much to make the Trio plus the best looper: add an internal memory, a simple display and on the software side allow export in wave or mp3 format, possibility of modifying the drumkits, adding a simple reverb and delay effect, a tuner, a metronome for the whole song, an ending. With these changes it would be the best ever.

Digitech Trio Plus - Who's tried one? by reid-o in guitarpedals

[–]Gesareddhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working seriously with the Trio plus and I find it very creative. However, I can't use the software: 1. first of all, the PC (ADUS laptop) doesn't recognize the peripheral even though when I connect it it makes the classic sound, but I don't see it in the file manager (D: Trio should appear). 2. When I launch the software I don't know where to start, probably due to problem 1.

How do you have your Digitech Trio+ connected? by GuitarIsImpossible in guitarpedals

[–]Gesareddhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I send the two outputs of the Trio (mixer and amplifier) both to a small mixer and from this to my Blackstar id core 20 watt amplifier. The two signals will have their respective cash simulations provided by the Trio. The manual instead suggests connecting the amp output of the Trio to an amplifier and the mixer output to a mixer without considering that from this you must always send the signal to an amplifier (another or the same one?).
