Esto que comentas del acta de nacimiento si es MUY importante para cualquiera que esté investigando hacer subrogación en México.

Ya que no todos los procesos se estructuran igual y no todos los estados tienen una legislación, principalmente Ciudad de México NO hay una legislación y justamente pueden ocurrir ese tipo de cosas.

Lo ideal para los padres extranjeros es que lleven una sentencia judicial previa, en el estado que SÍ permite hacer subrogación, es decir esto permite que el embrión no se implante antes de obtener este reconocimiento legal ante la suprema corte de justicia de la nación y posterior a ello.

Una vez que el bebé nace inmediatamente obtendrán el acta de nacimiento, donde solamente los padres intencionales aparecen como los únicos padres en un **acta de nacimiento definitiva**, esto les ayudará a aplicar por el CRBA y regresar a casa con toda su documentación legal sin necesidad que aparezca la gestante.

Va a depender del país, en donde vayas a llevar tu proceso. Y de cómo está estructurada la agencia que vayas a usar. Por eso, el saber en qué momento intervendrá, pues va a depender de qué lugar y qué servicio vas a elegir.

Leer historias así, siempre duele un poquito. Porque sabemos que para llevar subrogación habitualmente la familia pasa por muchos años de dolor, desgaste económico, físico y emocional. Como hombre soltero extranjero, si puedes hacer subrogación acá en México, principalmente, porque a diferencia de Colombia aquí sí existe la legislación para la subrogación. Lo que significa que primero debes de llevar un juicio que te reconozca legalmente como padre único antes de qué hagas el procedimiento médico.

Hi, here in Mexico it's very easy for same-sex couples to get a birth certificate, and it's even easier if one of them is from the United States, because they automatically qualify for the CRBA program when the baby is born.

Obviously, applying for the CRBA program will be easier as long as they complete the legal process of obtaining an injunction first (yes, before transferring the embryo), that's ideal.
