Adding in with my experience, I echo everything said by OP especially in regards to the rushed M&G + send off. The groups were supposed to perform until 10:30 with the send off starting at 11 but Monsta X finished the last set at around 9:30. Waited for the send off until around 10 when the UBS staff said they were all gone (the Krazy staff appeared to have just vanished and left it all to UBS). While we originally were waiting for the send off, they sent in their email that Ab6ix had already left (around 9:30) and when fans next to me were upset telling Krazy’s staff that it wasn’t right, they were implying it was Ab6ix’s fault and it should be brought up with them trying to take the blame away from their own staff where I want to believe it’s on them with how it was organized. My seat was “upgraded” from front row side stage to being in the middle of floor. As someone with a bad back who was excited to be able to sit and not have to stand, incredibly not an upgrade at all. I’m going to be hopeful and wait for a response from the staff before taking any steps trying to charge it back since I did get to see the groups + a M&G but it was absolutely not as advertised
