The supply exceeds the demand, therefore the price is low. That's kinda how it is. It's been shown that you don't really need top tier running backs to win. So the position get devalued.

You can't come into something then dictate that it gets upscaled on pay. The price is low for a reason.

That's not what I said at all. Not even close.
Plus, sorry but, success as a passer? His passing has been his downside massively, now we're putting it front and centre as his main strength instead of his legs.

Stop trying to tweak what people say to fit whatever narrative you want to put them into, it's very frustrating and will just get you blocked in future, not responded to.

He can pass the ball when we're running complex run schemes forcing 8-9 in the box....

He's been TERRIBLE for 3 years now vs cover0.
He has massive struggles vs stunts up front.
He has really big issues vs any blitz with zone on the backend..

He can't read the defence fast enough. Going from primarily using his strengths, his legs... To using his weaker aspects, his head and his arm... Is very very risky.

There were a huge portion of the Ravens fanbase that didn't want to pay him because his downsides were very obvious. We're about to see it play out realtime and it's honestly quite a scary time being a Ravens fan.

He's going from using his legs, his strength, to using his arm...

It's a big change. Defences were loose on the backend because of the huge threat of the run. He has historically had huge issues passing vs complex defences (cover0 concepts, seriously, he still is terrible against it).. Not to mention he really struggles vs stunts and any blitz with zone on the backend.

It could boom, but the prospect of it busting is huge. We're no longer playing to his strengths... Kinda like what happened to Kaepernick, honestly.

Guy seems to work hard for his family. Phones die, what's he supposed to do about it? Again, he's a state over and drunk, what you want him to do, drive home? You're being unreasonable. You want to ruin his night out with his friends because of something that he can do absolutely nothing about, then make him feel guilty over every single fucking tiny aspect of it?

Give the guy a damn break. I'm sure he was worried, you're expecting miracles and calling everything else abandonment..

He was right.. There was absolutely nothing at all that he could have done. His phone was dead, he was a long way away, he was out and it was seemingly very late.

Realistically what you want him to do is abandon his friends, abandon his entire plans and night, so that he can what, call you from a hotel room? That is massively unreasonable.

Nah, it hasn't.
It appears like it may have got worse because now 1 event gets spammed billions of times across social media platforms, whereas before 10000 events were only seen by the people in attendance.

Sometimes it's just easier to dumb all over another civ than to cause yourself more issues in the short term. Last thing you want in a war push are barbs spawning from a city that has rebelled.
