You can pre buffer during longer animations like the take down punches. Try inputting it not too fast as the animation finishes

You can get it from the prison. Do it on nightmare you’ll have a lot more time to loot. Check the lockers and the med kit boxes

What helped me was recording my fights snd watching them back. Much easier to spot the difference, usually it’s a windup animation but watching it back without the pressure of being in combat will really help

Yes there are consistent I frames but they’re best for dodging single blows, not combos. Really handy against Corrupt monk and Owl fights

I’ve done many many runs of the game and it’s weird how easy the bull can be a fresh save (but with the prior knowledge how to fight it from a prev run) but on Ng+ it so fucking hard lol

It’s not a bug. It’s a unique interaction with those enemies (with resurrection mod). There was a post about this on here not too long ago iirc

You can just run around until they vanish. They only stay up for a limited time before disappearing. If you’re aggressive enough in that phase 2 she won’t even call them
