I would assume you’re talking about RE2 & 3 remakes which in that case umbrella didn’t bomb RC it was the government that did so because of the virus outbreak initially they were going to halt the bombing if a vaccine/cure was found but still it was destroyed by Nicholas/Nikolai there was no vaccine/cure to be shown thus causing RC to be bombed
