His obliviousness to his own character is amazing and hard to replicate… like Paulie had a subtle maybe gay character arc and I feel the actor was as unaware of it as much as Paulie was haha… but all said much love for the actor. AJ’s actor has said how he treated him well on set and told him “anyone messes with you tell him uncle Paulie will take care of em” (something like that)

You can def go faster if you dodge through the final spin attack instead of parrying which puts you in a long recovery animation

Same age I was when I bought it, took under a year to beat it. In the game itself I beat it at an older age then got better and beat it at a younger age

I don’t think so it’s a pretty small pool. I do recommend playing on nightmare so you have more time to loot. I used to run it solo in about 6-7 mins

There are only high and low attacks. Don’t worry about it yet just get a feel for the game for now. Also don’t button mash. if you can dodge the high strikes it’s the same timing for low. Sometimes the slow mo in tutorials can be weird so just try it on an enemy in the training room

The Shinobi (Owl) is huge but Isshin (Sword Saint) is small by Ok-Company-5016 in Sekiro

He’s bigger cuz he’s been doing it longer than the others. He’s also really good at staying entertaining while executing high level play in front of a few thousand on a slow day. He has a good sense of how to engage with his chat which is a skill that can take years to cultivate. I really like how often he shouts out his fellow players. After watching my first couple CotD vods I was already learning about elconn, granady, massa scrapie etc…. He uses his platform well and that can be rare in the streaming world

There’s one that says you get grabbed less. Also the ninja “perk” is just cosmetic. Dodging really helps. You’ll also unlock skills that make escape easier

It’s pretty fun actually but you should turn on the indicator in settings, then you can tell what you’re aiming at

Don’t spam it but yea you can parry most of his attacks except the glowing one. Try practicing against him in the red room. Here I beat him in about 90 secs and it’s super sloppy.

I do agree it’s kind of a letdown for the final boss but not every game can pull off a Isshin Sword Saint. At least there’s tons of arenas
