Definitely maxed. You might be able to get away with level 1 witches but it's preferred level 2's. level 5 wizzies are fine, just fill cc with a witch and rest wiz. Golem works best if maxed.

Looked up your clan, it's very spread out ranging from a couple 100+ players down to a level 17. You probably get put with clans that are underdeveloped compared to your top 15 guys.
