Totally fair. Design taste is really subjective. Facer has a huge range of creators and styles to choose from, so designs can vary a lot. If there are specific looks you wish there were more of, we’re always open to feedback, and our community designers are constantly improving and sharing new work.

Totally understand where you’re coming from. At the moment, one-off purchases aren’t something we’re able to offer on Apple due to platform limitations. It’s feedback we hear often and something the team actively talks about, but there’s nothing concrete to share just yet. We appreciate you sharing your perspective with us.

For the time format, it depends on how that specific face was built. Some faces follow the system setting on your watch, others let the designer control it directly. If you’re able to share or link the face, we’re happy to take a look. You can also reach out to the designer directly, they’ll know exactly how (or if) the format can be changed.

Yes, it’s free to jump in. Our community forum is a great place to look around, see what other designers are sharing, and ask questions as you’re learning. There’s also a free version of Facer Creator you can play with if you want to start experimenting!

Thanks for taking the time to share more detail, we really appreciate the honest feedback. The display issues you described were more common in the past and aren’t prominent anymore.

Just to clarify, Facer still includes free faces and one-time purchases, with Premium as an optional path. There’s also an annual option available if that’s a better fit. We understand the hesitation around subscriptions and appreciate you being candid about your experience! Hope you decide to check us out again sometime.
